No Fear Art

Why “No Fear Art”?

I believe we all have the ability to be artists. As children, we have no fear when handed a blank piece of paper and paint brushes. Art was a joyful thing. We were free to explore our imaginations, to play, to express ourselves.

As we get older, we start to believe that there is a right and wrong way to create art. We think that because we have never created art before, we won’t be able to start now. We look at a blank piece of paper and don’t know where to begin. I’ve been there. I know the feeling. And I’ve broken through.

I can help you break through as well.

I believe you can create art. With the right teacher, a little guidance,
and the freedom to play, you will be creating art in no time.
My teaching style is fun, warm, and playful. I lead my students through non-intimidating projects that will spark creativity and self-expression. I combine demonstrations of different techniques with hands-on practices. You will learn about light, positive and negative space, creating dimension, and symmetry and asymmetry. Most important, you will learn to see with artist’s eyes and have a blast!
